I just received an invitation to the Capital One Business Analyst Associate Development Program (ADP) Power Day and I'm super excited, but also trying to prepare as thoroughly as possible.
For anyone who's gone through it recently, I'd really appreciate any insight on things like:

How is the Power Day structured?
How many interviews or parts are there?
Roughly how many questions should I expect in each section?
What types of questions are asked (case, behavioral, analytical, product, etc.)?
How difficult are the case interviews, and what are the interviewers looking for?
Are there any quantitative or Excel-style questions, or is it mostly business reasoning?
What are the best resources you used to prepare?
Any mock interview websites, YouTube channels, books, or practice cases you'd recommend?
Looking back, what do you wish you had done differently to prepare?
