I discovered press-on nails for kids work really well for nail biting

Right with regular press ons they’re always way too big and doesnt fit right? I saw some press ons for kids and theyre the perfect size for my stubby nails

I remembered that filing my nails and moisturizing my hands helps a lot

Hello im trying again to stop myself and i realized that filing my nails to a point that everything was smooth and i didnt have little edges to pick on removes the urge to pick on what little nails I have left, even like dried up skin from peeling I try to cut or file it off. Moisturizing with a cuticle oil and using lotion keeps everything smooth too. This is just a little tip I picked up on and might help everyone

Hesitations with climbing Mt. Sembrano

Hi outdoorsy people, my bf’s friends are inviting us to climb Mt. Sembrano this weekend but I’m honestly not sure if I can handle it.

It’ll only be my second hike (Mt. Manabu was my first), and I have really bad ankles, as in prone to tapilok. I’m also not sporty and I don’t even have proper hiking shoes yet. When I checked the weather, there’s apparently a high chance of rain, and ChatGPT even mentioned possible thunderstorms.

OA ba ako for being hesitant to go, or is Mt. Sembrano actually easier than it looks?
