Rumors about a new ps vita or psp3?? (UNCONFIRMED PHOTO)

Ive seen a few people on TikTok talking about leaks of a new PlayStation handheld that’s basically just a modern day vita/psp and after like an hour of digging i found very little videos talking about it on Youtube and TikTok. Some say it will be fully digital and can play ps5, ps4, ps2 and ps1 games (they haven’t mentioned the ps3 at all.)
Is it bullshit or might there genuinely be a chance of a new vita/psp release or just a new handheld?

What makes a ps vita user a “LARP”?

I posted a video showing my new vita off a lil bit and my comments were filled with people calling me a larp (whatever that is) and ive seen it on pretty much most videos about it

Do emulators give you free games?

Im thinking about getting a vita since people say it can run games made for the psp, n64, dreamcast, etc with emulators. But do i need backups of those games? Is it required that i purchase them first and somehow put the files in the vita? Could i run psp games for free with adrenaline for example?
