call me sad but this was the most enjoyable 300hrs of my life.
I genuinely cried when I got the 100% because it meant the end. but then I realised how many more games I had to go!!! :D
Nah but seriously this has to be the most horribly satisfying, gruelling, rage-inducing, beautiful thing I’ve ever done.
I got so attached to Kiryu, and enjoyed chipping away at that 100% a little more every night. Coming home from work just to do some stupid karaoke, my partner learned how to play mahjong just for the sake of my completion. (We’re not together no more).
the juxtaposition of the serious story and moments combined with the ridiculous slice of life minigames is phenomenal. POCKET CIRCUIT RACING WAS AWESOME????
As my first experience into the Yakuza series I fell completely in love and can’t wait to finish Yakuza 1 now. My advice is to just be patient for the 100% and try and enjoy every little bit of the journey.
