Can I use OSB under my shower pan but on top of the subfloor?

I want to add rigidity, there were some cut outs where the bath tub was and repairing those will be challenging. Can i place a piece of advantech OSB where the shower pan will sit? If so how do i fasten this? Screw into the subfloor or aim for the floor trusses? Google seems to think this is both ok and also a terrible idea and I need to consult a civil engineer

Plumbers removed a privacy wall and may have damaged some or all of this middle stud. This is a jack stud on the second floor next to a window. Is this fine, can this be sistered, or repaired or is replacement the only option?

UPDATED: Solved! I know nothing about carpentry and my new friends helped me discover this through vicious mockery and sarcasm. Also I knew I knew nothing about carpentry that’s why I asked. Worth it; I’m no longer panicking.
