Apple vs Android

Hey all,

I'm sure this gets asked a lot but I'm curious what everyone's thoughts are for drawing tablets. I love going to a coffee shop and doodling so its great to have mobile tablet that doesn't need a computer. However, I've been tempted with getting an iPad forever now. Ive used a Samsung Tablet in the past, and now the XP magic pen Tablet for awhile. It works ok but crashes from time to time.

I'm looking to upgrade to something maybe stronger. I like typical sketching, pixel art, and nomad scuplting. Are there good android tablets out there with quality apps or should I finally get over my hipster ways and get an ipad. Procreate looks solid. There a few good pixel apps and ceators I watch that use Nomad also use ipads... but what are you all's thoughts?

A Mage's Journey

Hi everyone,

I'm working on a game design for a character who is new mage. I thought it'd be cool to combine ironsworns arcanum's base build system, a map building/exploration element, and some sort of magic discovery system. My question to everyone is what sort of magic system would be interesting to you? I'm aiming for something it a little crunchy but not too much where it feels like you're dropping a dice more than creating an interesting adventure.

Organic map generation or with Fog of war like feel

I'm looking for different methods of generating maps through solo play. I've dabbled with a couple methods like the hex flower and the Cartograph game. I guess I'm really looking for a system that has a good map building component but also combat and exploration. I appreciate you all's insight and any experience you can provide!
