I have received offer letter recently from deloiteUSI, i have read complete document, but in OL it is not mentioned anywhere regarding following

1) Wellbeing subsidy

2) Smartphone program

3) Home internet connection program

4) Relocation assistance

is it explicitly not included in OL or should i ask HR regarding the benefits to include and send me revised OL? need your suggestions

Deloitte usi has offered me 12 LPA Fixed + 1 LPA Joining bonus for consultant role,

1. is it a good offer for 2.8 YOE, i dont have any contour offers in hand.
2. How much in hand salary can i expect ffor 12LPA Fixed?
