If your teenager lent £20 to a friend and the friend didn't pay it back, who should be responsible for sorting it out — the teenagers, the parents, or both?

My son lent money to his friend and they haven't paid it back, he really needs the money and he was kind enough in the first place to lend it, but they didn't agree on a pay back date and now they have got into a big argument about it and are not talking to each other. Should i step in or leave it to them to sort it out, which may teach him a lesson.

How much should I give my teen in pocket money ?

My teens friends are all starting to receive a weekly allowance according to him and so he’s always complaining that he never has enough when he goes out with them. What is a fair amount to give him per week where he is still sensible with his money and it doesn’t look like he is being spoiled?
