Has anyone got a Cupra born, on our app it doesn’t seem to show the driving data, does it on yours ?

Flashing blue light

Help need had my octopus home mini delivered couple off weeks , but it won’t go past flashing blue,
Been back and forth to octopus via email for like 100times, there not much help
What I’ve done so far

Reset device multiple times
Checked updates on app all good
Changed WiFi to 2.4 it’s showing as connected
Metre is less than a 1m from WiFi but I have but it next to it aswell

Since attempting to get this sorted it also now on app only showing in kw and not £

No live data is showing

I’ve looked everywhere tried everything gonna throw it out the window!

Not a tech genius but I can get by lol
