An asian movie or drama, where the ML is a goon kind of guy . He is not in a good relationship with his family and has some kind of a disease, might be the heart because there was a hospital scene. Somehow a girl enters his life (I think he saved her from someone before). Finally the guy dies (due to his illness, as far as I can remember) and the girl visits his grave.

Ps: I saw it on YouTube back in 2021, but I felt the movie/drama is a little older.
