Hey guys so they literally banned me 3-4 weeks ago for chat violation. And one day after the device banned me. I need help. They haven’t even responded.

Hey everyone so it’s been like 3-4 weeks since I appealed on my first appeal and the second one was 1 week ago then the third one was 2days ago which they haven’t responded in a long time, I was banned for chat violation and it didn’t say what I chat and I’m concerned they ignored my appeal and August 22 is when they will close my appeal window. What should I do at this point. I’ve had that account for 5 years and I spent almost 2000$ I know it’s crazy. Please help me guys!!
