So basically i was dating this girl zoe from november to march she treated me like sht when i came to her with anything she would dismiss me she made me believe all are issues were my fault and everything going wrong in my life was my fault i want go much further into that just ive had 3 physolgists now tell me she resulted in my deppresion coming back it came back in december.

Now the past 2 weeks ive had dreams that her mum is my therapist and she always talks me through what zoe left me with and makes me confront her everytime it ends diffrently 1st a kick in the balls 2nd she apoligesed for everything and says she was taking advanatge of my issues and it was wrong and the 3rd she flips me off theres been others but i cant rember does anyone have any idea what could be cuasing this
