Shop critique and any advice please :)

My shop has been open 9 months, started selling some pngs for shirts but I had a health issue to deal with that took a bit of time. Fast forward to about a month ago, I start my shop fresh with a new product - junk journal assets. I post slow (I'm following the Etsy Consultants advice on this) so I only have 14 listings so far, and I had 22 views and 11 visits. 1 favourite and 0 sales.

I'm worried I'm not on the right track - maybe I need to niche down to more specific topics, maybe it's the wrong aesthetic for etsy buyers, maybe my price point isn't right, maybe the square format isn't as good as the 8.5 x 11 format? I have only down background square papers so far and plan on including some ephemera packs and bundles as well, they just take me time to make.

I also struggle with "have I made the right choice" syndrome and constantly doubt myself, wanting to sell digital wall art or canva templates or tshirt pngs as I don't see any sales happening and my overthinking kicks in.

I really need to make this work, so any real advice will be helpful, thank you!

Shop Critique please?

Hi, I hope I'm following the critique rules properly, will do my best!

Shop Link: https://www.etsy.com/shop/InkandOtterCo

Question 1: Is my product and price point good enough for the market? I have one item fav'd and 22 views and 11 visits in my first month since reopening my store.
Question 2: does it seem like my shop is downward trending and I should switch to my other concept, wall art? I worry about investing time and money into something that might not be worth it,

  1. Inspiration to create shop is because I need some money obvs lol but also because I'm a very creative person and love to make pretty things. I also overthink things and chronically flip back and forth in my head between making a journal shop, a wall art shop. I really love both of these things, collecting ephemera to make pretty memory albums and decorating my cozy space, so they're both personal. The fee in south africa to open more shops though is a bit out of my financial reach right now, so I think I need to stick to the one I opened already for now.

  2. I think my product is pretty decent, I do use AI and this concerns me sometimes because I worry people will see I utilize AI and just not purchase. However I do see lots of other sellers creating products with AI and they seem to do well, so i'm not sure. I try to have a consistent look and create themes that are fun, cute, on trend, and hopefully something that would appeal to junk journallers, even though people who make cards etc can also use them as its a digital download product.

NB FOR CONTEXT: Ok so my shop is 9 months old and zero sales, yes - about a month after I opened starting as a png digital design store I got sick and had to prioritize that for a while and everything I had listed expired. I decided now to start fresh with new branding and a different market - junk journal assets, because honestly I've journaled my whole life and felt like it was something I could relate to. I follow the Etsy Consultant so I only post every 2nd day or so otherwise I get burnt out, currently at about 13 listings and have plans for more variety of products including bundles. I know I need more listings to really know if this is going to work, but would love some feedback on whether what I've got is going in the right direction please!
