What are some good acne cream while I go through second puberty?

(FtNB) been taking HRT for a year and my acne is so bad! I’ve tried PanOxl 10% face wash every day and it doesn’t touch it.

Do you guys have any recs on what’s worked for you?

GARDEN FINALLY ATTRACTED A FRIEND

It’s a bad image sorry but finally was able to have my little apartment garden attract a frog friend!

He was hopping between two gardens and it was so cute!!
