is there any reason why its still not reviewed yet its taking quite a while

I recently tried to purchase 10 packs of Perfect Order but whenever it got to the checkout, it kept showing I have reached the limit. I kept reducing the limit from 10 - 1 to see if it would change but couldn't buy from 2 - 10 packs as it says "order exceeds the purchase limit" when its suppose to be 10 per person. They only allowed me to get 1 pack which would have been above MSRP at $8.89 due to delivery. What is going on with PC Lazada???

edit: asked the customer service chat and they've been saying its the system's fault and they'll look into it but it's been there for more than 2 weeks now even on other boosters :)
