Hi,
I bought flat in eipl tamarind. Looking for handover inspection suggestions. Given builder reputation, initially i thought inspection is not required but I thought why to take risk and looking to get inspection done.
I got few leads.

1. Trinetra property inspections- 5500
2. Handover experts- 11k
3. Acceptro engineers- 10k

I am confused on which company to choose. Trinetra is costly low and felt basic inspection should be fine. But not sure on how they do inspection compared to others.

Anyone experience you had with inspections? And insights on how help they are?

Hi, on June 19th we booked for kukke ashlesha bali pooja. We are coming from Hyderabad. We are only two people me and my father in law.
We are planning to reach mangalore by air on 18th. And go to kukke.
Q1. Which is better way to reach to kukke from airport ? By cab or by train? We want to go river dip as well.

On 19th, we planned for kukke pooja and Dharmasthala.
Q2. What would be approx time with ashelsha pooja, and dharmasthala darshan?
Q2. What all other places and we cover? And for night stay we are planning to reach mangalore.

On 20th, we thought to cover udupi and Q3. pls suggest what can we visit on this day. I only know udupi. AI gave few places but i am not sure.

On 21st, we are planning return to hyd. If 20th is not hectic, we actually try to return on 20th itself.

Can Kollur mookambika temple be covered in this trip? For return do we need to come back to mangalore only or any other options?
Help me understand cab prices for this trip as well.

June 18th- will reach mangalore. And go to kukke.
June 19th- kukke pooja and Dharmasthala darshan. Planning to go to udupi from dharmasthala instead of mangalore here.
June 20th - Udupi to kollur- back to udupi- prefer stay in udupi for night or can go to mangalore.
June 21- will start back to hyd.
