I am going to finish my Bachelor of arts in English in a few weeks and further want to do my Masters in History of Art. After examining some colleges that offer History of Art Masters, I liked the syllabus of IIH. My query is to know if my Bachelor's subject would cause any problems regarding the selection process before the examination is held. I had written a dissertation on archaeological conservation during my internship, and had further done an add on course on Museum and Manuscript Heritage studies.

It becomes important to mention that our department tries to mingle art and literature together, for example while studying Victorian Literature, the Pre-Raphaelite arts become important to be discussed. More would be like how "The Heart of Darkness" by Conrad follows an impressionist narrative almost like that of Turner. I realise IIH has a very Indian Art History centric syllabus and exam approach, I am aware of the basics and am eager to know more about it and research further.
