Everything is perfect but I still feel horrible?

Flair due to depression and all.

I'm 21 years old. I've gotten my diagnostic of 75 events/hour, mostly Obstructive Sleep Apnea. I've been using my CPAP for almost 6 months now and I don't understand why I still feel so terrible.

My AHI is good. I have near zero events now since 5 months ago. I have my Restless Legs Syndrome controlled too. Yet, I still have sleep attacks, I still feel drowsy in the morning, I still feel HIGHLY depressed.

Pulmonologist told me I'd start getting better around 6 months. I've been writing to him and my neurologist to get another sleep study because, well, I feel so sleepy and non-functionnal that I get passively suicidal at times. They refused, saying they saw no narcolepsy traces in my last MSLT and sleep study.

I exercice (never before bed), I don't drink caffeine (I don't feel its effect at all), I take at least an hour of sun every day. I see people, I eat well.

What should I investigate so that I stop feeling so sleepy all the time? They already said my CPAP has the right settings and the results are good (even in OSCAR and Sleep Head). I'm at loss. I'm depressed.

Do tinted contact lenses for photosensibility exist?

I do not need glasses for my view, I wear glasses because I absolutely need to wear tinted lenses with blue light filters to lessen my photosensitivity. That means that when I look outside, when I look at screens, or when flashing lights occur, I get heavy migraines and eye strain.

Now, this is a burden because I *love* reading comics on my phone. Especially lying down in bed sideways. But, obviously, wearing glasses when lying in bed sideways isn't the most… comfortable experience.

So, I'm wondering… Do they do contact lenses that mostly tint the view? Not like cosmetic/cosplay lenses that change only the iris's colors, genuinely tint the view.

Why is my Windows primary partition as big as 450 Go?

I wanted to make a new partition to put all my images, music, drawing files and overall personal data. I tried to reduce the C: storage so that I could then create the new partition. However, it let me only reduce up to 700 Mo.

I find it weird, because I only use about half of the storage (picture 2). I thought I could at least spare 50 Go.

Why is it that the partition is so big and can't let me reduce beyond 700 Mo?

I tried the following:

  • Emptying useless/temporary files
  • Computer cleaning (both from the Windows function and using WiseCare)
  • Uninstalling softwares

I already have uninstalled bloatware like the Xbox apps, Meteo insight, etc.
