Finally got my MRI after more the 7 years

I made a post a month or two ago about how I hadn't taken care of anything regarding my tumor in at least 7 years until I finally made a neurosurgeon appointment and went to the hospital before that to get a CT scan after I finally went to My nerosurgeon appointment he had me get this MRI which obviously has a lot more photos than I've included and I gave him the disk about a week ago I called them today because I haven't heard anything back and got told nothing just sent to voicemail and then 10 minutes later got a call saying they want me to get another CT scan done and they haven't even looked at the MRI yet I just wanted to know what y'all thought of a couple of these photos the two not including the tumor I just added because I think they look cool LOL

Just got a ct scan of my pituitary tumor after 7 years of ignoring it

UPDATE: I have contacted all of my doctors including neurologist, endocrinologist and primary care none of them can or at least are not willing to move up my appointments so I just have to deal with it for the time being until an emergency happens and I have to go back to the ER thank you all for your help I hope things work out for everyone and myself thank you everyone for your advice and help I still welcome any advice you may have

Ok so I was hoping some one here could help me understand what the results of my CT scan means these are the results

"This CT exam was performed using one or more of the following dose reduction techniques: Automated exposed control, adjustment

above the

sella approximately 2.2 cm. There is mild adjacent mass effect. No other areas of mass effect.0 shift of the midline structures, edema, hydrocephalus, intracranial hemorrhage, or abnormal fluid collection. There is preservation of the

gray white interface. The deep cisterns are patent. The sulci are symmetric bilaterally. The bony calvarium is intact. Visualized paranasal
