Deactivated
So here's a lesson I should have already known: Back up my stuff.
Adobe just deactivated my account due to a Violation of Terms of Use in Lightroom, but won't tell me what it was. I've now lost access to every photo I've taken since November.
I have absolutely no idea why this has happened and they've told me it cannot be restored.
WTF.
Edit: What I've done so far.
** emailed Appeal Dept: first reply they said I violated TOU. Second reply: Case is closed.
** called support: they said the account has been deactivated due to a violation of TOU and can't say way, as it's not their departement.
** used live chat: they said I violated TOU (no details as to how) and to email the Appeals Dept.
** emailed Appeals Dept again: Reply... Case is Closed.
** used live chat: they transfered me through 3 different people. then called me
** phone call no.2: Transfered between 3 people. They said it's been deactivated due to a violation of tou, but can't give me any details and that I should email the Appeals Dept (which is the only way they can be contacted)
** emailed Appeal Dept (3rd time). Replied that the case was closed.
