Repetative injuries.

So back in Januray i went skiing,at some point i used up my legs a lot and ended up locking myself into the frog pose for 2 mins. This caused an injury where my leg swelled for a month,i did go to volley ball after the swelling for 2 weeks.Sense i started Volleyball again my knee has been cracking ,how do i say.I hear a crack and then my leg goes into static and vibrates really hard.Recently this happend on training but after it i couldnt straighten my leg at all and it hurt when i tried.I should mention i am a 14 year old boy and i know im developing and most certainly dont plant on this being an injury throught my whole life.I am right posting this bc i happend again while was SITTING in class.

I hate it,i hate it so much,i havent gone to volleyball in a month and now i cant even sit in peace.

i went to the doctors and they told me it was all fine and there was little to no swelling left (to specify i mean the injury that happend while training)And keep telling me i should be fine now and to just wear elastic tape (tho i didnt today)as i wasnt planing on doing any physical activity.

Is there truely no help,i could litterly cry rn bc i dont know what to do anymore...

The greatest my billie eilish in male voices?

I have been trying to sing this song as a teenage boy and i can sing a lower register of it no problem, but the thing i noticed when looking up more masculine voices for this voice they often loose that breathy, close up and intimate aspect and switch it for a fuller and much richer version, and ofc its beautiful and amazing i still wonder is there anything stoping male singing voices from doing this?
