I was terminated on my main due to hackers compromising the account and spamming vulgar things in webchat. While now secure and back in my hands, I am still going thru the appeals process and maybe even an MIDR to get the account unbanned and it’s been a few days of this. I have signed out of my accounts on the devices as well and they do not register on my phone. I recently got a brand new laptop and am wondering if I can at least make a new account while I fix this ban.
So recently I was hacked but able to get my account back. I secured the account with new password, email, number, backups, and 2FA everything. I had my accounts saved on 2 iPhones in the Roblox app, my personal and another one. I monitor my devices every once in a while and I noticed my account was active on my other phone on a time that Roblox wasn’t open or I wasn’t on it. Should I be worried? I know iPhone has very good malware protection so I doubt the phone is being ratted or smthn. Nevertheless I signed out of my other phone just in case and changed passwords. Should I be worried or does the Roblox app activate every once in a while like that.
I recently got a fresh new Yubikey 5 NFC for my personal accounts and when I try set it up it seems to be weird. I set up everything and it says the passkey is on my account, then when I try to log in with security key and plug it into my device, it says the yubikey not recognized. Anyone know how to fix this?
I got a random verification code in my Gmail for an app called moonshot that I never heard off. It was a verified public domain and official. I didn’t see any other unrecognizable devices on the Gmail and had changed the password just a couple days ago. I did some research and found that moonshot partners with moonpay, which had a similar thing happen 1-2 years ago but couldn’t find answers on that. I also tried the app with a new gmail I made and saw that signing up for a new account prompts the same verification email. Should I be worried about my email being breached?
My Roblox account six_stars was hacked and then proceeded to be terminated. This was due to a phishing scam than happened. Is there any way to get my account back and restored? Please let me know since I can’t use my username in an account ticket and idk what to do.
