I have passed my permit test and need to practice driving but I am scared of other drivers hitting me because I live in a heavy populated area with bad drivers.

I am a 24M and I’m not that bad looking I just don’t seem to catch any girls eyes. I was wondering how can I talk to girls to where it would eventually lead to dating them. I usually go to the gym and that’s about all I do besides go to work.
