[SRPD93] Bought this at Costco - warrant card not filled out?

Hi folks, bought this lovely dive style watch at Costco for 189 + tax.

A couple of things:

  1. The watch box says contains battery and the provided manual seems to be discussing mostly batteries, and nothing about setting the time/day/date. Not sure if this is normal for seiko box/manual.

  2. The warranty card is completely blank, nothing filled out.
    Should I fill it out myself?

Do I need to do anything after car loan is paid off?

So I bought a new Toyota from a Washington (in state) dealership 3 years ago. My loan just got paid off last week. I received a letter saying it was paid off and then also the green Vehicle Certificate of Title, which says Toyota Credit Corp and signed by them as the legal owner, and me as the registered owner.

Do I need to take this to the licensing office or is everything already done?

Thank you!! Tomorrow is the 15th day since getting it so I’d need to go asap to avoid the fee…
