My computer worked fine since I built it half a year ago but in the last couple months windows has been forcing their drivers and screwing it up, I think I've managed to stop them now but they seem to have corrupted my computer or something because now I get frequent lag even though I have low ping, the weird thing is I'm the only person that lags, everything else is normal while my character jitters, it works the same in about every online game. I also get occasional BSODs when I click something in chrome. I tried DISM/scannow but found no issues
