The couple of times when I have used the shopping offers it never shows up under my shopping trips. It shows under trips without purchases. I don’t have a vpn on when purchasing and I click on the offer and it takes me to the site for purchase and still doesn’t show up as a purchase. Not sure why it never actually works for me.

I’m missing my statement for this month that normally happens on the 7th. Is anyone else missing their bill for May? I hate I cannot talk to someone there and have to use the stupid chat function.
