What is your ideal Autobot High Command looking like?

Ratchet honestly is the caretaker and Medic of the autobots so idk if that is exactly high command but it can be.

Elita 1, is her own boss she manages a part of cybertron that Prime is concerned about but doesn't know much about and trusts Elita to do the job for him.
