I ordered this watch off ajio but i just realized it's days are in Spanish (i don't understand Spanish) . I wanna know can i change the days to english instead?

What to do? Time zone switched automatically
I just use my laptop for day to day tasks(yt, surfing web, editing etc) today when i opened my laptop it was mysteriously switched to brazil time (i live in india).
When i scanned it (full scan) it showed me these threats. I have clicked on start actions but it's taking a lot more time than expected.
