Samson Becker so liked these zig zag plaques he used them on 3 buildings. At 2501 Davidson he changed it up to a Mayan motif. Was he also the architect at 111 Mount Hope?

Don’t be mislead by the address on the sidewalk scaffolding, this is Classic Bronx Art Deco in Sawtooth configuration from 1935 by the incomparable Horace Ginsbern. Beautiful layered, patterned, polychrome brickwork topped by a trio of cast stone fins!
