Banana peppers, red onion, and iceberg marinated in red wine vinegar and also the “sub sauce” (it’s good because I really like extra acid)

Fried pepperoni, provolone, and turkey (didn’t have the other cuts of meat for this to make sense lol please don’t kill me)

I grilled it with just the meat/cheese part on sourdough and added the salad part after everything cooled down a little bit. I wasn’t sure if everything would wilt after five minutes, but yes it did :( idk I couldn’t wait that long. And that’s ok it was still fucking delicious! I can’t wait to add a tomato, but I’m waiting for my neighbors or my greenhouse to deliver fresh tomatoes!
