I am a 16 year old, i started a job at mcdonalds around 2 months ago and they havent put me on the apps schedule till now. A few days ago I asked “hey whats my schedule for this week”, and then i asked “is my schedule on the app now?” . she literally ignored me and read both my measages and didnt respond at all.. only thing she said to me was if i could work sunday?? She responds to other co-workers but not me? like what do i do? does this mean ima get fired???

They ask to borrow money.. which I do usually get paid back after a reminder of the 10th time.. but recently ive been noticing cash gone.. 5's, 10's etc... one exmaple is, They took 140$ for a phone battery which i allowed 140$ ONLY to be taken and 150$ was missing? THEY never gave me the change NOR told me this.. what do I do to prevent this?

edit: I am a minor so they have access to my bank account..
I do not leave my money out but I do leave some in MY car (they did NOT buy it for me, and i pay my own car insurence) and they take that. I ALSO have my money in my draw in my room and i notice the stack getting tinier
