Is this normal progression?

My varicose vein has gotten significantly worse during my second pregnancy, which I expected. I developed this vein postpartum with my first, nearly three years ago. I’m only 24y/o and want to get it removed but opted to wait until after this pregnancy because it’s my last child.

I guess I’m curious if the discoloration seeping all around is normal disease progression or if it could be a sign of something more sinister?

Braxton Hicks Post Workout (18w)

I’m 18 weeks pregnant with my second and I didn’t workout with my first pregnancy but I walked frequently and had what I call an “irritable uterus” because I experienced sooo many Braxton hicks contractions despite insane hydration and electrolyte intake. That said, they’ve started already with this second pregnancy and I’m experiencing like 30 BH contractions during and after a workout and have to lay down to get them to calm down.

Has anyone else experienced this and is it normal? I have anxiety because my membranes ruptured at 35 weeks with my first and he was premature.

I drink 120 oz of water per day and one of those includes 1000mg of sodium.

Hypotension

Anyone else here deal with hypotension in pregnancy? I’m 16 weeks and blood pressure readings keep getting lower and lower. My normal BP is 100/60 but it got all the way down to 84/64 today and I finally called my OB who immediately referred me to cardiology.

I feel absolutely awful obviously and just existing is hard work at this point.

Anyone else deal with this? How did you manage symptoms?

Things I am doing:
Wearing medical grade compression socks (I have for years due to venous insufficiency).
Eating high sodium
Drinking lots of water (120 oz a day)
I take a prenatal, iron, magnesium, and calcium

I am still experiencing nausea and vomiting so I have lost weight despite already being pretty lean and I have aversions to pretty much all protein.

I work for an event venue. We want to track conversions but the ticketing platform we use doesn’t allow for conversions to be tracked. What are some other ways I can reliably track my ad performance/ROI when I can’t see conversions?

I was diagnosed with a small (10%) SCH through routine ultrasound at 10.5 weeks. Doctor put me on pelvic rest and progesterone. Prior to this, I was strength training 5 days a week. It is not resolved yet, and it hasn’t bled at all, but I will be following all restrictions until it resolves.

That said, I keep seeing women say that you have to keep following restrictions even after it resolves and that when they didn’t they had miscarriages? I am confused how that could happen because if it’s resolved it shouldn’t be able to continue to cause issues. I struggle with the idea of not working out at all my entire pregnancy or not having sex lol.

For the moms who had a SCH, did you go back to regular scheduled programming as soon as it resolved?
