I’m an adult beginner, now at month 5! Finally learned my first scale (for the ones who might have seen my last posts, I was always complaining that my teacher didn’t start scales yet 😛)
I’m having a hard time when it comes to moving backwards from La (A) open string to Sol (G) on third finger, my finger has a hard time landing in the same place. I have three questions:
1- I noticed that when I do the move using my elbow rather than my hand (left) my finger falls correctly. Is this the correct technique then?
2- what do you think of my hand frame in general
3- any études or studies you would recommend for a beginner to get better at finger placement. Still have a hard time when I need to drop two fingers directly or jump fingers between strings

Hey everyone.
Just did the surgery 2 days ago, so today second day recovery. I did the surgery in Paris under general anesthesia, they removed the gland fully and did a liposuction. They still left a layer of fat under the nipple to avoid a crater as my surgeon explained.
I paid in total around 5500 euros:
4550 to the plastic surgeon, he’s a stop surgeon in France
750 anesthesia
And 250 for the hospital fee
Pain is manageable so far, with the compression best being the most uncomfortable part. Didn’t have to take the opioids prescribed so far, and no other pain killers.

Some questions for you :
1- I look a lot more flat than I expected, is this normal? I guess I’ll just have to fill out my chest in the gym
2- my nipples feel quite low, will they pull up as my skin tightens or should I expect this we a final placement
3- my surgeon didn’t give me any massage instructions, when should I start?
