Going through so many emotions over the same avoidant. It’s been a cycle for 4 years and I’m tired. Any words of encouragement would be much appreciated.

We’re “taking space” I feel anger out of all feelings. We’re supposed to talk tomorrow and I feel as if the approach will be the same. No matter what life throws at her, it will always be “I don’t have the capacity to be in a relationship with you” yet we dialogue, problem solve and try to work with emotions together. I’m tired.
