I walked today 🤍
I’ve been struggling with severe fatigue for weeks now, paired with super low motivation. Sleeping 8-10 hours nightly and napping for several more. It’s really been bringing me down. Last week I finally gave in and did nothing all week (outside of work of course lol). I didn’t pressure myself to get my runs in. I didn’t do strength training either. I just rested a LOT. Today I actually had the energy and desire for a walk! Nothing crazy, just 30 minutes on the walking pad, but it made me feel so much better. I realize I definitely need to give myself more grace because even at rest my body’s doing a lot 😂 I hope everyone else is allowing themself the same!
