I’m hoping this it’s okay to post in this sub because many others keep removing it. I would like some advice on this particular situation. I’ve recently stopped birth control for a 2 and a half weeks after being on it for the last 10 years. I had sex between the time I stopped and now. I was ovulating on the my ovulation test came back positive and cervical mucus. I still haven’t gotten any withdrawal bleeding or a period. I have sore breasts/nipples, nausea on and off, lots of bloating. I’ve tested and they say negative but it’s still only 5 days after ovulating I think. Is there a chance I am pregnant before I got my first period back?

Hi, so I currently take 2.5mg a day of Northindrone acetate for endometriosis. My obgyn said this also works as birth control. I’ve also heard it isn’t supposed to be used as birth control but I haven’t gotten pregnant in the years I’ve taken it. I went on vacation to Hawaii and they are 3 hours behind my current time zone. I accidentally took this 3-4 hours late 2 days in a row before I realized. I did have unprotected sex on our honeymoon. What are the chances of getting pregnant on norethindrone acetate when missing it by a few hours? This is honestly the first time I’ve done that. I plan on trying to conceive in a few months so it wouldn’t be an issue if I were to get pregnant by this mistake. Has anyone experienced using Northindrone acetate as a birth control method? I know it’s mainly for hormone therapy for certain conditions but I’m sure I’m not the only one using it for birth control.
