With Kyler Murray on a one-year contract and J.J. McCarthy’s future uncertain, the Minnesota Vikings could take a quarterback next year. In this exercise, they take in-state prospect Drake Lindsey.
Lindsey has an ideal 6-foot-5, 230-pound build. In 2025, he became the starter for Minnesota. He had a solid stat line with a 63.2% completion percentage, 2,382 passing yards, and 18 touchdowns to just 6 interceptions. To boot, he had another 4 touchdowns on the ground.
Lindsey’s best trait is his big arm. Anticipate an excellent upcoming season from Lindsey in which he plays himself into being a first-rounder

The JJ McCarthy hype was real last summer during this time. He had a high projected TD line and was ranked 12th best QB in the league by a fox sports analyst 😈 maybe the preseason games helps get us back there
