Is it normal to pay entire month charges despite leaving mid of the month?
I stayed in a 1bhk rental for almost an year(Before rental agreement closure). The owner owns also 2-3 buildings & the stayed building had ~15->1BHKs
The owner is charging following things after moving out!
- Is it fair to charge whole month rent even if we stay for 15 days?
- 5800rs for key lock change! If I'm asking bill, he's asking GST bill would add to cost.
