What should I plot next??

So this was 3:17 in this morning when I got a great plot for the story I am writing, titled : A shadow in blood, i jotted some lines but it hit me," I am writing a psychological thriller with crime element and obsessive themes, but the ingenuity may be missing" as this involves the perspective of the girl being stalked.
Being the writer I want to make it as close to reality as possible. So my question to the ladies is like this, HYPOTHETICAL
"Suppose you work in a reputed institution that deals with biological stuff, u stay alone in a pg in Kolkata,your day-to-day life is ordinary except for the occassionally goosebumps you get as if being watched.
One the while at work, you get a phone call from a unknown number. You pick it up hesitantly and say hello, there is no response, you say hello again; almost desperate to find an answer behind the silence! Being unable to take it anymore you hang up, but suddenly your legs go limp and you slump on a bench, your hand are sweaty and shaking. With your shaky hands you called on a speed dial saved "Didi"
As she picks up the third ring, you ask her shakily "didi,is he back?"
