for the past day or so ive been trying to figure out how to fix this issue. ive looked up answers and none of them end up working. ive tried waiting in the circle, ive done every quest, ive even killed every captain, chief and warchief twice and still nothing changes.

im looking for a modlist that overhauls every graphic aspect of the game with 512/1K textures (and mesh hitbox fixes,mainly the mountains iykyk) like dungeons, caves, dirt, grass, mountains, tress, you get the whole shebang. im planning on using said modlist as a new base for my future modlists so everything looks flush and has no collisions.
