I can't seem to find any record of this at all. BUT when I was a kid in the 90s, I used to stay UK late watching ytv every night and I remember a few times there'd be an advert saying something along the lines of:

"you won't believe it but next up is ytv! (or why tv?"

And the show if I recall right had a host we would recognize from ytv and (I think) was mostly in some kindof a warehouse setting.

I keep thinking this is borderline fever dream stuff but honestly I recall seeing it more than once. But I was very young and it was very late at night.

It used to play right before ytv would swig h to those English sitcoms like "are you being served"
