Customer complaint
Hi guys just looking for advice on this. Customer asked for chopped pork shredded on the deli counter and I said we don’t do that because I didn’t have any in the back (I did, the department freezer broke down and I didn’t have much time so I made an excuse) was just trying to save on the waste I didn’t expect her to make such a fuss, she’s emailed the store manager and everything. Just wondering what I can expect from the meeting
