How did you stop procrastinating?

I constantly have the same problem: I put off important tasks until the last minute. Even when I realize it's stressful and I have to rush through everything, I still can't get started early. I've tried various methods: to-do lists, daily plans, even timers, but I often get frustrated and start doing anything but what needs to be done. What's most annoying is that I understand everything in my head and sometimes even have the motivation, but it quickly fades, and I find myself back in "I'll do it later" mode. Have you experienced this? What really helped discipline, habits, certain techniques, or just time?
