Lost roughly 30.
I’m athletic in life (cyclist/crossfit)
So I’m not really interested in more muscle (maybe harder but age) …my legs are enormous.
I feel like I need to cut a lot more but when I start to cut calories I definitely drop muscle and at my age I’d rather not lose a lot more.
Current stack: TRT 200mg/wk 13mg Reta/week
2mg Tesa 500mcg ipa 2mg MotsC 5 days just cycled off KPV GHK-cu.
Just like to hear some opinions on direction for an ole guy…
