What is this connector on the right side of the bike by the frame slider socket?

Anyone know what this is for?

Woodcraft Frame Slider Kit - Standard or Short?

Anyone have any recommendations?

Will the short pucks still be long enough to prevent damage to things like the handlebars?

OEM Quickshifter or FTEcu for ZX4R?

Finally picking up a ZX4R this weekend and need help deciding between the two.

I belive from a cost perspective they are about the same.

There is not much information online about the differences so I was hoping someone here could help me decide.

Edit: Would also like to add I like the fact that the quick shifter can be disabled with the OEM KQS. Can the same be done with FTEcu?

Is the suspension only the ZX4R really a dealbreaker compared to the ZX4RR?

I have been hunting for a month now for a ZX4RR. I don't want to pay the dealership prices and really want a bike in black which is hard to come by for a good deal near me.

Is it worth it to just get a ZX4R and have Kawasaki install the quick shifter.

From my understanding the only difference between the 2 models is suspension and KQS.

Should I just get a ZX4R at a good deal and install the shifter or should I keep being patient?

How hard is it to change fairings?

I really want the 2026 4RR in the black colorway but I just can't seem to find many let alone get a good deal for one.

There are a lot of neon green ones for decent prices but I am just not a fan of the color.

Is it worth changing the fairings or am I better off just waiting until I find a black one?

I worry that any aftermarket fairrings make have fitment issues.

Thoughts on this used ZX4RR price

What would you guys pay for a 2026 ZX4RR with 5k miles, from a dealer?

Trying to figure out if my price in mind is realistic. I am thinking 8500 OTD, since I have gotten quotes for a new 2026 with 0 miles for 10.5k.

Driving a brand new ZX4RR home 250+ miles?

Is this a good idea?

Would anyone be able to help me how fast I can go in 6th gear while staying under 4-5k rpm? Since that is what the break in procedure requires?

The speed limit on the freeway back home is 65-70. Many people in the left lane will likely be going 80.

Is it a dumb idea to ride it home? I could have a friend ride behind on the way home as well in his car.

Sportier alternative to Shoei RF-1400?

Long story short, I tried on the RF-1400 and it is a great helmet. However I want something with a sportier look and more upward visibility. I have heard people have to turn their head up a little to see the traffic light.

Advice for first time buying from dealer?

Thinking of picking up a new 26' ZX4RR from a dealer nearby. All of them seem to have it listed as $9,999.

Can I negotiate?

If so what should I offer?

Will they even budge?

Has anyone gotten Invisalign done? With no insurance?

My insurance doesn’t cover cosmetic.

How much are you guys paying for Invisalign?

I got quoted around $4500-$5000 out of pocket.

Does anyone know anywhere that does it for cheaper? Or is the best I will get?

Skinned burned from Azelaic Acid 15%?

I started prescription azelaic acid 15% about 3 weeks ago and shortly after I noticed my serger was red and very dry and burned anytime any moisturizer or mineral sunscreen touched it. I also have a mark on the side of my face that’s an inch long with the same redness and texture. Can anyone help me with this?

Long story short I've been at a small company for about 1.5 years now. We went from 8 to 12 people, and my role has grown a lot. I’m basically doing manager-level stuff (overseeing ~3 people) without the title or pay.

Lately I’ve been pretty unmotivated because the workload is kind of a lot, especially with training newer employees on top of everything else.

I want to ask for a raise, but my starting salary was already pretty low, so even with a raise I don’t see myself staying long-term. I’ve been looking at other jobs, but for now I’d still like to be paid more fairly.

What’s the best way to ask for a raise in this situation? And should I even bring up my long-term goals, or just keep it about compensation?
