Spiritual applications for RV?

I just finished this book by David Moorehouse and I’m a little confused about the “so what?” of it all.
I found the first half fascinating, especially the discussion around the quantum field, the matrix, space and time, etc. I went into it thinking that developing this skill might somehow open up deeper spiritual avenues or strengthen intuition in a way that could actually affect how you experience or navigate your life.

But then the practical example was basically a guy successfully identifying a target, and I kept thinking… okay, but what does that actually lead to?

Beyond identifying targets, are people using this skill in more meaningful ways—developing intuition, gaining insight into their lives, making better decisions, creating better conditions, etc.? Moorehouse talks quite a bit about manifestation and these much bigger concepts, so I expected the practical side to eventually connect back to them.

I guess I understand the “they got the target” part. I just don’t understand the “so what?” What does developing this ability ultimately allow you to do?

Give me your best MMCs realize how bad they messed up

Ok, I love a good enemies to lovers and one of my favorite beats is when the MMCs have all of their assumptions removed and they realize not only how wrong they are but how much they actually fucked up.

{clash of claws by Elizabeth dear} is a great example of this.

What are your faves? I don’t do any cheating and I never want the tension to result in unforgivable behavior, but I love that slow moment of realization where the MMCs are reorganizing all they’ve assumed about her and find out that they’ve gotten it all wrong.

{veil of ash by Fallon Hendrix } has some good ones in the first book.

Veil of ash (!!!)

I don’t know which one of you made this book sound so compelling that I broke my own rule of not starting unfinished series but now I am suffering.

It’s a great first book. A great series. And now I have to wait until FEB 2027?! why do I do this to myself.

Anyway, since I don’t like to suffer alone, I’m encouraging yall to read it and then come join me in purgatory.

Genuine tension and a great hook. Perfect harem size.

In the meantime, anything like this??? Preferably finished series lol.

Neighborhood for a chill weekend visit?

Hi all,
I’m coming to Seattle for the first time for a work trip and I’ll have the weekend. I like books, coffee shops, cafes and local businesses. Any good neighborhoods? Ballard keeps coming up. Is it safe? Fun? Walkable?

Thanks so much!
