Tirz through Brello

I'm thinking of going through Brello for my tirz so I would get my 3 Rx from Southend. I notice the vials they produce are 20mg/mL, which would not meet my dosing.

Do they start you at a lower dose when you first start with them even if you've been at a higher "maintenance" dose for several months?

It would be super convenient to get everything at the same time from the same place, but I can't play the starter dose game.

BUD Legitimacy

I just got my 2/2 shipment today of my next three vials. I didn't realise we were switching pharmacies before the July hearing, but okay, and it's from Hallandale. I'm fine with that.

I'm annoyed bc they use more volume and lower concentration, so now I have to inject more units. 🙄 Guess I'll be splitting doses up.

Don't worry, I will use two different syringes. 😉 Two different times, even.

The BUD on all three vials in 9/7/2026. Um, excuse me... that is exactly 12wks from Monday. I still have 5wks left from my 1/2 shipment. It was also compounded on the 9th and I didn't get my notice that it was refill time until yesterday.

I noticed on my last unopened vial from the former shipment, the BUD is 3/16/27. Is this legitimate? Like can I use all the new ones first and then use that one?

I would really hate to be out 2wks bc they messed up with shipping.

What are the chances I injected into my vein?

I took my shot in my abdomen, as I always do, and I did the drawback method, as I always do. All clear, so I plunged it in. For some reason, I only decided to do half and I would do half at another site (I don't like a big lump under my skin until it dissolves) and when I withdrew the needle, there was blood.

Never had that happen before. I get it, there are capillaries all over. Except, I don't have my usual medicine lump. Did I just do away with myself? 💀

How long do I have to live?
