I had just purchase this iphone 15 last June and the battery health has gone down very quickly :( I charge once a day, twice occassionally. There are times that my phone would heat up from using 5G. Im just about to update it to ios 26.6. What do i do? 😭

Nasira ang phone ko recently, I forgot my UB online password, and the email address associated with it ay di din ma access with a different device kasi nakalimutan ko password and inactive na ang phone number registered with it 😭😭😭
I have an alternate email address but pwede ba ito ma change sa branch mismo? So I can show necessary docs and to prove it’s really me requesting to change it.
