Hello, we are planning to move Shirley neighborhood in Cypress. We are a family of 5; 1.5 yrs old son and in-laws so school is super important to us. How is the area in terms of schools, safety and crime? Any areas we should stay away from? I work in Long Beach and husband works in LA. Thank you.
