Hey y’all. I use a ZGrill pellet grill. I like it a lot. My question to you is, How many of you that use a pellet grill, also add in a “smoke tube” for more smoke?
I’m not needing stupid comments. I’m just curious if you use one and why? I have done a few smokes that I felt didn’t have quite enough smoke flavor.
I had my implant surgery done nearly 9 months ago by a surgeon who I’m just not getting along with. I’m also having some pain/discomfort that is somewhat concerning to me. I’m not too excited to deal with this at my next follow up appointment with the surgeon who did the surgery. He is 2 hours from my home.
I am considering trying to get an appointment with a surgeon in Dallas Fort Worth area to get another opinion. Dallas is 5 1/2 hours from my home.
Would any of you be able to tell me if Dr Allen Morey or Dr Andrew Sun are good urologists and which of those would you recommend?
How many of you are using a vacuum device on a regular basis after your implant surgery?
If you are, was it recommended by your doc?
How often and for how long are you using pump?
What benefits are you noticing?
Which implant do you have and how long ago?
If you are and if you think it’s good, convince me to do the same. I cycle faithfully. I have the AMS700LGX put in a bit over 8 months ago. I have used a vacuum pump a few times but not at all on a regular basis.
I have had my AMS700LGX for nearly 8 months. My wife & I are loving it. I wish I had done this surgery 15 years ago.
I am curious if some of you have lost nearly all sensitivity in shaft and glans? I have lost nearly all. My wife is able to reach multiple orgasms when we make love but I have only achieved orgasm one time since my surgery. That is very disappointing.
Don’t get me wrong. I’d still much rather have things as they are now compared to before the surgery.
Have any of you tried using a “male stimulation cream” like HemPleasure male stimulation cream or another similar cream? If yes, how well did it work? If yes, what’s the name of the product that helped you?
Do any of you have any recommendations to help with this situation?
